The House NERAGIA consists of 2 spacious double bedded studios, where a third bed is possible to be added. They are suitable for small families (one little child).

There are two big balconies, the one is situated on the garden side and well shaded by bushes and trees, the other one you can reach from the little street on the other side also easily with a baby pram.

The 2 studios are nicely decorated and fully equipped with an air-condition, a TV, a bathroom (bigger than in the other houses) with shower and toilet and a little kitchen, which has a two ring cooking device, the basic utensils for cooking, a fridge and a sink.

Wireless internet is offered for free use.

The prices count per day and per studio, taxes included.

The prices include:

• 13 % VAT
• 0,5 % City tax
• € 1,50 Environment fee

There is an extra charge of 20 % of the room rate by adding a third bed. A baby cot will be added free.
